VLT- This is the percentage of visible light that is transmitted. A higher VLT will increase natrual daylight while a lower VLT will increase glare reduction. VLT is often a characteristic with minimums prescribed by state transportation laws.
VLR- This is the percentage of visible light that is reflected. A higher VLR is shinier with plain , uncoated glass having VLR equal to approximately 8%. VLR is often a characteristic with maximums prescribed by the state transportation laws.
TSER- This is the amount of total solar energy rejected including ultraviolet, visible, and infrared portions of the solar spectrum. A higher TSER is providing better rejection of solar energy.
IRR- This is the amount of infrared rejection , a higher IRR is providing better solar energy rejection specifically in the infrared region(s).
